Account Settings
Depending on the access permissions you have, the account management page allows you to edit the contact information of the business account. This page also allows you to change the email address linked to the account, reset your password or should you wish, delete your account entirely.
Notification Settings
This system keeps you in the loop with alerts about important stuff happening in your hiring process. Here’s what you’ll get notified about:
Hiring Manager (requires hiring manager module)
- When they send out project inquiries or schedule interviews (including if someone accepts, declines, or cancels one).
- If they make a job offer, reject a candidate, or leave feedback.
- When they show interest in a candidate.
Candidate Updates
- If a candidate accepts, declines, or cancels an interview.
- When someone applies to or withdraws from a project (and if they change their mind and rejoin).
- Requests for assessment resets or adjustments.
Team & Messages
- When a teammate assigns you a new task.
- If you have unread messages waiting.
You can get these alerts on the platform (Notifications Stack) and/or by email – pick what works best for you in your settings!
