Action Pane

  • View Candidate Record
    • Opens the full candidate profile, including their application details, psychometric results, assessments, and progress.
  • Update Candidate Record
    • Lets you edit the candidate’s details to keep everything up to date.
  • Delete Candidate Record
    • Permanently removes the candidate and all associated data from the system (irreversible, so use cautiously).
  • Generate Profile Report
    • Generate the classic Clevry reports right there on the platform to quickly review a candidate’s results.
  • Generate Summary PDF
    • Download the classic PDF psychometric reports Clevry are renowned for. More here.
  • Generate Feedback Report
    • Creates a range of online detailed psychometric reports to view in-browser highlighting the candidate’s strengths, development areas, and insights – useful for internal review or sharing with hiring managers.
  • Download CSV
  • Exports the candidate’s data into a CSV spreadsheet, handy for external tracking, analysis, or archiving.
  • View Activity Feed
    • Shows a timeline of the candidate’s applications to your projects, giving you full visibility into their journey.
  • Present to Hiring Manger
    • Shares the candidate’s profile or reports directly with associated hiring manager(s) for the project, streamlining collaboration and decision-making. No need to share candidate profiles per email anymore.
  • Provide Feedback Dashboard
    • Send the candidate a link a dashboard where they can see their results and review their strengths, weaknesses & development opportunities.
  • Tag Candidate
    • Add custom labels (like “Top Pick,” “Needs Review,” or “Internal Referral”) to help organise and filter candidates easily.
  • Set Candidate
    • Lets you assign a colour label (red, green, blue, or yellow) to a candidate viewable in stage view. You can use these colours however you like – for example, to group candidates by priority, status, hiring manager, or to flag them for special review.
  • Rate Candidate
    • Assign ratings or scores to candidates based on internal criteria to help organise and filter candidates more effectively.
  • Assessment Settings (Reset and Reasonable adjustments)
    • Adjust the candidate’s assessment setup to provide reasonable adjustments and/or reset assessments.

 

  • Message Candidates
    • Send in-app messages to the candidate through the platform to share updates, reminders, feedback, or to just say something nice :)
  • Move to Stage
    • Quickly move candidate(s) to the next stage.
  • Reject Candidate
    • Officially mark the candidate as rejected, removing them from the active process and (if set up) triggering any automated notifications.
  • Suspicious Activity
    • View potentially concerning candidate behaviours – such as repeatedly clicking away from an assessment (which may suggest use of external tools like generative AI) or patterns like selecting “strongly agree” on every question in a psychometric questionnaire, which could indicate they aren’t engaging seriously. This feature helps you spot risks related to cheating or low-effort responses.
  • Compare candidates
    • If you select more than one candidate, you can directly compare their assessments results side by side, helping you evaluate performance or fit easily within the platform.
