How Projects Differ from Campaigns

While Clevry’s Campaigns feature allows you to invite candidates to complete a set of psychometric assessments, Projects takes the process further by giving you full control over the entire recruitment or assessment journey.

Key differences include:

  • End-to-End Process Management:
    • Campaigns focus mainly on delivering psychometric tests. Projects allow you to manage every stage of the process, from application forms and assessments to interviews and exercises.
  • Application Forms:
    • In Projects, you can create and manage application forms to collect essential candidate information right at the beginning - something that isn't available through Campaigns.
  • Virtual Assessment Suite:
    • Projects offer more assessment flexibility. You can set up recorded interviews, business case exercises, or written tasks, introducing richer, real-world activities into your process. Campaigns are limited to psychometric testing only.
  • Greater Customisation:
    • Projects provide more tools to customise the candidate journey, tailor communications, and build complex processes - whereas Campaigns follow a more standardised testing format.

In short:

Campaigns are perfect for quick, straightforward psychometric testing.

Projects are ideal when you want a fully managed, flexible, and richer recruitment or development process – all in one place.
