Active v Published Status

Active

  • Active status determines whether a project is available for candidates to apply. Once active the project can be paused at any time or closed.

Published

  • Similar but different from activity status, publication status is basically whether the project is complete and ready to be sent out vs. whether it’s just a draft and not yet ready to go live. Once a project is published, it cannot be unpublished, and the assessments used within the project cannot be changed.

Applications

The applications tab is essentially a one stop shop for checking the health and activity of all currently ongoing currently ongoing. At a glance, you can see how many candidates are in each stage – whether they’re waiting on you, still working on their tasks, approved to move forward, or needing a decision. The graph in the centre helps you instantly spot where things stand, while the sections below let you quickly jump into specific projects, actions that need your attention, or decisions waiting to be made. You can easily switch between a visual dashboard view and a detailed table view, depending on how you like to work. Overall, it’s designed to help you stay on top of your recruitment or assessment processes, keep things moving, and make sure no candidate gets left behind
