Adding new Clevry Users

Information on how to add new users to your company's Clevry account.

The my.clevry admin portal gives you complete autonomy to manage your own Clevry users.
You can add new users, update their access rights, and remove users who no longer require
access. To add a new user to your my.clevry portal, simply follow the steps below:

  • Step 1: Go to 'Manage Users' under your account settings. You can access this by hovering over your name in the top right hand corner of your my.clevry account.

  • Step 2: Click the 'Add User' button.

  • Step 3: Fill out the required fields. Don't forget to assign the new user to any Teams
they need to part of. Click the 'Add' button when you are finished.

  • Step 4: Update their access permissions. Your new user should now appear on the Manage Users dashboard (if you cannot see them on the list simply refresh the page). Select them from the list and click 'Access Permissions' from the right hand pop out menu.

What access should I give to a new User?

You are able to customise a user's account as you wish. Access permissions are broken down into each Clevry Tab or Function.

There are 3 options for each Tab/Function: Full, Limited, and None.

  • 'Full' gives access to all features under a category
  • 'Limited' allows you to select which features the user can access using tick boxes
  • 'None' means the user has no access to this category and its features

By default, all settings for new Clevry users are set to 'None'. It’s your choice as to what
access you give to your new Clevry users. On the following pages you can see each feature's purpose on Clevry and see some guidelines of what access you may wish to give to your new users. Our suggestions are suitable for most Clevry users and allow users access to core features of Clevry whilst restricting wider account setting access rights.

What does each feature do?

  • Customise landing page: Personalise the Clevry sign up page with your
company logo and an optional paragraph. Generate a unique sign up page link to share with your candidates to ensure your company branding is present throughout the assessment journey.
  • Add logo: Add your company logo to your Clevry account so that it’s present on your admin portals and in your campaigns.
  • Notifications: Choose to get notifications about your account status (e.g., about your account’s credits & rewards).

Campaigns

We recommend access to all campaign functions as standard. Although, if you are being more stringent with your access, you may wish to remove 'Delete' and 'Create'.

  • View: View the details of your assessment campaigns, including access rights, closing date, assessment details and support contact information. If a User has access to the Campaigns tab, we recommend they have access to this ‘View’ function.
  • Create: Allows a user to set up a new campaign.
  • Update: Allows a user to edit a campaign.
  • Delete: Allows a user to permanently delete a campaign from Clevry.
  • Send Reminder: Use this function to send a customised reminder email to all of the 'In Progress' candidates registered for your campaign.
  • Invite: Add a single candidate to an assessment campaign using their
    name and email address.
  • Bulk Invite: Use an excel spreadsheet to invite multiple candidates to your
    assessment campaign.

Candidates

We recommend access to all candidate functions as standard.

  • Grant Access: Share a candidate’s reports with a client or colleague who is not a full Clevry user.

Credits

  • Buy : Add more credits to your Clevry account. You only need to allow access to the Credits feature if a user is able to buy additional credits for your Clevry account.

  • We recommend every Clevry user has access to the homepage Dashboard.

View : View the Clevry homepage dashboard displaying information about campaign activity and recent candidate completions.
  • Manage Teams; Most Users don't need access to the Manage Teams feature.
  • View : See your Clevry Teams and which users and campaigns sit under these.
  • Create: Add a new Team to your Clevry account.
  • Update: Edit which users or campaigns sit under a team.
  • Delete : Allows a user to permanently delete a Team from Clevry

We recommend all Users have access to the performance tab so they can rate their candidates accordingly.
