What is your privacy policy?
All Clevry users must adhere to both our privacy policy and Terms & Conditions in order to use the platform.
What is your data protection policy?
In accordance with The Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation, Clevry has an archiving system, whereby all respondent data is anonymised 12 months after their sign up date as standard. If a Clevry user marks a candidate as hired for a role on the system this period will be extended and respondent data will instead be held for 24 months. This means that after this period has passed you will no longer be able to download a respondent’s reports.
The anonymised responses to any assessments a candidate has completed may be stored for longer than either 12 or 24 months to aid with test development.
Are you ISO certified?
Yes, you can find our certificate for ISO 27001 by visiting the ISO website. For more information about what this means for our data security, visit the ISO website.
A candidate has asked for their data to be removed
Under the GDPR, data subjects have the right to erasure. This means that if a candidate withdraws their consent to your storing of their data then it must be removed. Upon receiving a request from a candidate to remove their data, you have one month to do so.
As a Clevry user, you are the data controller for your candidate's information and so are responsible for actioning this request and under no responsibility to inform Clevry. If we receive requests from candidates directly, we will forward this on to you to confirm you are happy for us to remove a candidate's data on your behalf.
