Tell Clevry what good looks like by using the Job-Match feature!
When designing a Personality Questionnaire, you can choose to match the ideal scores on each scale of the questionnaire to the role in mind by telling the platform what the ideal candidate would appear as. The Clevry platform allows you to input where on each personality scale would be the best fit to meet the demands of the role by using the scale toggles and sliders below:
Click on the (i) icon to see the high and low scale end descriptors.
Then adjust the sliders to represent where on the scale you would like the ideal candidate to sit.
Job-matching your questionnaire will give you access to the Selection Report, which will generate a score using a traffic light system to demonstrate how close of a match the candidate is to the role.
