The Campaigns Tab Explained

Information on the Campaigns tab and how to use it

What is the Campaigns tab?

  • The Campaigns tab is a section on your My.Clevry account which allows you to make and manage your campaigns.
  • Campaigns are essentially a group of assessments chosen by you for your candidates to complete.

How do I use it?

  • To set up a new campaign, simply select "set up new campaign" in the top right corner of the page. You will then be guided by a set of instructions. This process is also walked through in the onboarding sessions we offer.
  • Once you have made a campaign, you will be able to view it in the graph in the center of the page. Here, the name, team, passcode, and progress of candidate completion will also be displayed.
  • If you have a lot of campaigns, you can use the search bar to filter results shown.
  • When a campaign is selected by ticking the box to the left of the campaign's name, you can edit, view, manage, or delete them via the options on the right side of the page.

Watch the video below for guidance on how to create your own campaign:

Video Summary:

  • A campaign is a collection of assessments grouped together for a specific purpose.
  • You would often create a new campaign for each new role, recruitment drive, or development program.
  • You can create new campaigns or manage existing ones in the campaigns tab.

 To Create a New Campaign:

  1. In the campaigns tab, select "Set up new campaign."
  2. Remember that when giving a title to your campaign, the name and job title will be visible to candidates, so ensure it appropriately reflects the role.
  3. You can manage the campaign settings by choosing who can see it and the closing date (if you wish for there to be one).
  4. You must provide candidates with details of the support contact for your company. You can use Clevry's support email, if you wish to.
  5. There are options for automatic registration and response emails set as default, but these can be amended.
  6. Next, you can choose the assessments to include in the campaign.
  7. Once you click on an assessment, you can select on the difficulty.
  8. Depending on the assessment, there will likely be a comparison group option for it.
  9. At the end of the campaign builder, you will have the chance to review your choices and make changes to the advanced settings.
  10. Once you have published the campaign, you can use the campaigns tab to view your campaigns and make any changes to them.
