Information on the Candidates tab and how to use it
What is the Candidates tab?
- The Candidates tab is a section on your My.Clevry account which allows you to view and manage your candidates.
- Candidates are registered applicants selected by you to complete campaigns for the job role you are recruiting for.
- The Candidates tab allows you to view your applicant's test scores and completion progress.
- Once you have added a candidate, or applicants invited to take part in your campaign have registered themselves, you will be able to view them in the graph in the centre of the page.
How do I use it?
- You can search for applicants via the filters at the top of the graph. These include campaign completion status, recruitment status, name, campaign, UIDs, and scores.
- To add a new candidate, simply select "add candidate" in the top right corner of the page. You will then be guided by a set of instructions.
- When a candidate is selected by ticking the box to the left of the candidate's name, you can edit, view, manage, download, or delete their profiles, reports, and results via the options on the right side of the page.
