What is an ‘ATS Integration'?

An overview of ATS integrations and the various way the Clevry platform can be used to integrate with an ATS.

ATS integration refers to the process of connecting your organisations ATS (Applicant Tracking System) tool with other applications. Our Clevry platform is able to integrate with various Applicant Tracking Systems , which will allow data to move easily and between Clevry platform and the ATS application your organisation is using.

Overview of Processes

The Clevry platform allows integration with third party systems in order to allow the following:

1. Programmatic registration of new Candidates onto particular Clevry Campaigns.
2. Programmatic registration of existing Candidates onto new Clevry Campaigns.
3. Automatic / seamless login of Candidates onto the Clevry platform.
4. Automatic / seamless redirection / login of Candidates back into the third-party system at completion for the Clevry process.
5. Programmatic retrieval of a Candidate’s Status for a particular Campaign.
6. Programmatic retrieval of a Candidate’s Scores for a particular Campaign.
7. Programmatic retrieval of a Candidate’s Reports for a particular Campaign.

If the third party is using the standard version of Clevry without Client branding, then the Web Service Definitions and Web Service End Points can be found at: https:/app.clevry.com

If the third party is using a Client branded version of Clevry, then the Web Service Definitions and Web Service End Points can be found at: https://[customer-url]/automation.asmx

The process flow for Candidates is as follows:

1. Candidate is registered on Clevry using the appropriate Web Method.
2. Candidate is directed to the specified auto-login URL on Clevry so that they pass seamlessly onto the Clevry platform.
3. Candidate completes their tasks on the Clevry platform and is then passed seamlessly back to the third-party system.
4. Third party system requests candidate’s scores from appropriate Web Method.
5. Third party system requests candidate’s reports from appropriate Web Method.
   
   

At any point during the process the third party can also request the status of the Candidate, i.e. where they are in the Clevry process in terms of completion.
